Here is an outstanding fossil association from China. There is a large Cricoidoscelosus aethus (Lobster) and a fine Lycoptera sp. (Fish) on the plate. This splendid crustacean exhibits wonderful detail. The head, carapace, tail, claws, and legs are all easily seen. The fish is also complete and displays well. The fossils have striking, natural coloration and contrast wonderfully with the light-colored matrix. The specimens are beautifully showcased and extremely well positioned on the large plate of shale. This is a fantastic specimen of this unusual lobster and classic fish from China.
