Here is a fabulous specimen of Pedina davoustiana from the Jurassic of France. This distinct echinoid exhibits very fine detail. The urchin is extremely inflated, and the petaloid ambulacra are well defined. The classic shape of the sea urchin is wonderfully displayed. This is an excellent example of this unusual sea urchin from France.
