These are three very nice specimens of Nucleopyrino cilindrica from the Cretaceous of Spain. These ovoid sea urchins have been removed from the matrix so that they can be viewed from all angles. The fossils are extremely robust and exhibit fine detail. The entire tests are somewhat smooth, and the ambulacra are easily seen. These are excellent example of this cool echinoid from Spain.
A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
