Alligator Tooth With Near Perfect Tip

This is an excellent tooth of Alligator mississippiensis from the Pleistocene of Florida. The tooth displays a near perfect tip. A very long root is retained. The corrugated enamel of the tooth is wonderful. This is a superb fossil alligator tooth.
