This is a great specimen of a genuine meteorite, an ancient relic of outer space. This meteorite is from a rare witnessed and documented fall. This specimen fell to Earth in the year 1516 in Nantan, China. The meteorite is composed of 92% iron, 7% nickel, and other trace elements. This individual exhibits fine detail - the convoluted surface of the meteorite is wonderfully displayed. This is a very unique piece of the history of the universe.
