This is a beautiful fossil ammonoid. It is probably a Geisonoceras sp. from Morocco. This large specimen has great color and detail. The ammonoid was polished, exposing about a dozen hollow, crystal-lined, rose-colored chambers (hard to see in photo). The other side of the ammonoid also displays well, especially the suture lines. This is a very displayable ammonoid (display stand is included for free).
