Here is a very nice vertebrate fossil. This is a large, complete deer jaw from the Pleistocene of Oklahoma. All six beautiful molars are still firmly embedded in the wonderfully preserved jaw. The teeth show a little wear from eating, and the enamel is well displayed. The bone has a rich, brown natural patina intact. This is a great fossil for a collection, or an unusual gift for a deer hunter.
