This is a beautiful display fossil. It is a large iridescent ammonite plate from Russia. There are three types of ammonites represented - Cosmoceras, Paracadoceras, and Quenstedticeras. All six specimens have deep ribbing and wonderful iridescence still preserved. The ammonites are very 3-D and well-positioned on the large matrix block. This is a killer plate of ammonites that would look great in anyone's collection.
