This is a beautiful fossil coral from an exotic location. It is a large coral colony from Borneo. This specimen was cut and polished on one side for optimal display. The individual chambers of the coral colony are easily seen and are very detailed. The beautiful orange coloration is fully natural and simply stunning. This is a textbook example of a cross-section of a coral colony that is not only educational, but also quite striking.
