Here is a gorgeous ammonite from the Cretaceous of Madagascar. This ammonite has been cut in half and both halves have been polished. The inner chambers of this multi-colored ammonite are very well defined. Some of the individual chambers are hollow and filled with tiny crystals. With all of the natural, varied colors that are present, this is just a beautiful specimen. It is a very displayable ammonite for the fossil collector or an interesting objet d'art for the decorator (two display stands are included for free.)
