Here is a very detailed specimen from the Ordovician of Morocco. This plate contains a beautiful brittlestar and three partial stars. The main brittlestar exhibits gorgeous detail. The large central disc is wonderfully displayed, and all five of the extremely long, sinuous arms are intact. It is highly unusual to have all of the arms so nicely preserved. The fossils have excellent, totally natural, orange coloration and contrast nicely with the light tan matrix. They are well positioned on the somewhat triangular block. This is a very aesthetic plate of brittlestars from Africa.
