This is a very nice multiple plate of fossil ammonites. It is a large slab of Dactylioceras ammonites from Holzmaden, Germany. This plate has eight(!) complete ammonites preserved. The ammonites have very good detail - the ribbing pattern is very easily seen. The ammonites are nicely spaced about the natural plate of shale. This is a very displayable multiple plate of Dactylioceras ammonites from Germany.
