Here is a very pretty ammonite from England. This is Cadoceras sp. from the Jurassic. The cephalopod has been removed from the matrix and both sides have been polished for optimal display. The beautiful suture pattern of the ammonite is wonderfully exhibited. Both sides of the extremely wide-bodied ammonite are very nice - even the inner whorls are well displayed. This is a very aesthetic specimen of Cadoceras from England.
