Here is a striking ammonite specimen. This is a very nice pair of Dactylioceras ammonites from the Jurassic of Germany. The ammonites are inflated and exhibit fine detail. The cephalopods have a very rounded keel and display extremely fine ribbing. The ammonites display the tiny inner whorls beautifully. The distinct fossils have wonderful natural color preserved. This is a very displayable double specimen of Dactylioceras from Germany.
