Here is a very unusual trio of echinoids. It is a rare Toxaster sp. triple from Peru. This beautiful specimen was acquired from an old echinoderm collection. These inflated sea urchins have great form and exhibit very fine detail, especially under magnification. The sea urchins are perched atop the natural chunk of limestone. This is a very fine multiple specimen of this uncommon urchin from South America.
