Here is a fabulous Mammoth tooth of Mammuthus primigenius from the Pleistocene of Russia. This specimen was found in the same area that was featured in the Discovery Channel special, ''Raising the Mammoth''. The tooth is totally 3-dimensional and exhibits beautiful natural coloration. The grinding surface of the tooth is fully preserved and wonderfully displayed. This HUGE tooth (almost a foot long!) has its massive base still intact. This is an extremely large, top quality example of a Mammoth tooth from Siberia.
