Here is an interesting plate of fossils from the Mississippian of Missouri. There are two fine examples of Evactinopora, a star-shaped bryozoan, and and a nice Horn Coral on the slab. The fossils are quite 3-dimensional and exhibit fine detail. The points on the bryozoans are easily seen - one is seven-pointed, the other has five points. The fossils have good color and contrast and are nicely positioned on the plate of maroon-colored limestone. This is a very good double example of this strange bryozoan and Horn Coral from the Fern Glen Formation.
