Here is a very unusual fossil. This is a Flaxicalymene head and brachiopod from the Ordovician of Ohio. The Flexi head is attached to the brachiopod, which is extremely unusual. The trilobite has nice detail, color, and contrast and is well showcased on the Rafinesquina brachiopod. This is a very interesting fossil from the Ordovician.
