Here is an attractive echinoid from the Miocene of France. This is a very nice example of Scuttella sp. on this block. The wide, petaloid ambulacra on the top of the urchin are clearly defined and are quite striking. The white fossil contrasts nicely with the yellowish matrix and is beautifully displayed on the large, natural block. This is a top quality example of a ''fossil sand dollar'' from France.
