Here is a textbook tooth of Mammuthus primigenius from the Pleistocene of Siberia, Russia. This tooth is from an extremely rare, BABY mammoth! This specimen was found in the same area that was featured in the Discovery Channel special, "Raising the Mammoth". The tooth is totally 3-dimensional and exhibits great detail. The grinding surface of the colorful tooth is wonderfully preserved and beautifully displayed. This solid tooth has the long roots still intact. And, as an added bonus, this specimen comes with a sample of real Mammoth hair (''Wool'') at no extra charge! This is a magnificent example of a very scarce, baby Mammoth tooth.
This fossil was collected and obtained legally, and is also being sold legally.
