Here is an incredible plate of echinoderms from Gilmore City, Iowa. We recently acquired this piece in an old collection. This slab has MANY spiny urchins preserved - over a dozen Archaeocidaris aliquantula on the plate. There are also two large Eretmocrinus tentor crinoids fossilized on the piece.  The echinoderms are beautifully spread out over the large plate, covering the entire surface (hard to see in photo). This is a very collectible plate of crinoids and spiny urchins from this classic location.
