This is a beautiful example of Pleuroceras spinatus from the Jurassic of Germany. The ammonite is preserved in a natural concretion. This ammonite has the natural white coloration intact, which is quite unusual. The ammonite contrasts nicely with the grey matrix, and exhibits great detail, showcasing the distinct ribbing and the inner whorls beautifully. This is a wonderful display specimen of thise white Jurassic ammonite from Germany.
