This is a very rare fossil acquired from the Famous Gerald Case Collection. Case wrote the classic book, "A Pictoral Guide to Fossils". This fossil horse tooth (Equus complicatus) was found in Florida's Peace River by Case himself! The tooth is almost fully complete and has very nice detail preserved. This is a very collectible vertebrate fossil from the Case Collection.
