This is a large Alligator mississippiensis tooth from the Pleistocene of Florida. This robust tooth has very good corrugated enamel, and there is some wear to the tip of the tooth from use. A small part of the root of the tooth is even displayed. This is a very nice fossil Alligator tooth from Florida.
