This is an excellent specimen of a genuine meteorite, an ancient piece of outer space. This meteorite is the rare Ghubara fall. This specimen fell to Earth in the year 1954 and landed in Oman. This meteorite is an L5 ordinary chondrite, which is a very unusual type. This sliced section of stone exhibits fine detail - the conglomerated interior of the meteorite is wonderfully displayed. This is a very unique piece of the history of the universe.
