This is a very detailed fossil. It is a large plate of Orthoceras sp. from the Devonian of Morocco. This specimen has many individual specimens highly polished for optimal display. The cephalopods exhibit the individual chambers in beautiful fashion. The white Orthoceras contrast wonderfully with the dark limestone matrix. This is a fine multiple specimen that could be used for display in ones home or office.
