This is a very cool, enigmatic fossil. It is a large Tuboid Graptolite from the Ordovician of Morocco. This specimen is quite distinct - the branching patern is very easily seen. The graptolite covers most of the surface of the large, repaired plate. This is a very collectible example of this unusual type of graptolite from the Ordovician of Africa.
