This is a very cool assemblage of Ordovician echinoderms. It is a large slab with many eocrinoids preserved. One of the eocrinoids is fully complete, with the long, thin stem, tubular body, and long, hair-like arms beautifully intact. There are also parts of five other eocrinoids preserved on the slab. The fossils are very detailed and naturally showcased on the large, colorful plate of sandstone. This is a beautiful plate of these strange animals from the Ordovician sea floor.
