This is a fabulous crinoid replica. It is a huge Acanthocrinus rex crinoid from the Devonian of Germany. This specimen was acquired from the Richard Busch Collection. Richard was the Preparator/Asst. Curator at the North Museum in Lancaster, PA from 1965-1992. This fossil "sea lily" is extremely large and quite impressive. The detail is excellent, and the color is very similar to the actual specimen. This is a very displayable crinoid replica acquired directly from the Richard Busch Collection.
